How to be a Good StoryTeller

Storytelling is really a fun and great way to bond with your kids! You can teach them new words and reveal fantastic worlds. Let them fully exercise their imagination and creativity on the wonderful stories and they'll be sure to look forward to bedtime with such activity.


Here's some useful tips on how to be a Good StoryTeller:
See Eye to Eye
Eye contacts are very important in storytelling. Use your facial expressions to illuminate the stories.
Jump Right In
Kids doesn't have the patience for lengthy descriptions, so you need to start off your stories with lively depictions of the characters and scene.
Voice It Out
Witches, giants, mermaid, monsters...are characters that will hold your kid's attention. So make them more exicited and amused by giving them different voices, such as giving giant and loud and low growl, while witches can get an evil cackle.

Find New Ideas
Try to recall fun things you did as a child and turn these special memories into funny tales. It'll be fun!
Create a nice ending
A good story has a conclusion, a point or moral behind it. But refrain from making it a teaching lessons, in fact tell your stories with love and let it convey its valuable message.
