I've been posting a number of posts for since the birth of my Blog. But have not introduced myself so far. Well...if you noticed..there's a short write up about me at the right side of the blog.
If you ask me why I uses the name mykidzspot as my blog name, mykidzspot.blogspot.com, guess what....I'm not sure too, that's the funny part. These words just pop to my mind when I'm thinking of setting a blog on baby/kids. The part I know very well is I used the word mykidzspot.blogspot.com instead of mykidsspot.blogspot.com. Simply I think double ss don't looks so nice, but the word kidz are more funky and cute..:)

Baby/Kid's Write-Up
Yes! Besides getting updates about tips/information sharing about baby and kids, I'm going to come up with this FREE section on baby/kid's write up in this website. You can email me your kid/baby's photo, with some short write-ups..etc. And I'll help you to published them in here. So you too can share your joy with all people around the world.
This baby/kid to be featured in here can be your own baby/kid, your niece, nephew, god-son/daughter, friend's baby or some baby/kid practically unknown to you. My First Post 4U!
Well...it's never too late to start one right? :)
I always wanted to have a place to find out tips and information about babies and kids. Not on specific topics, but rather some updates and overview about them and how to improve relationships with them. All these information will be definitely useful for moms to understand more about their kids and even for moms to be. So this can help in preparing them for the future..
I myself have nieces and nephews...It's really fun to mix around with them. We play and have fun together. And I also realise the difference in them compared to our childhood time. Well...I'm not that old as I sound, but indeed times have changed the environment.
Kids Games/Interest
Just take for example, there's games that the kids like so much nowadays which we don't have it during my time. Computer! Yes! They really love it! My nieces and nephew already start clicking on the "mouse" and surfing net at the age of 2! That's incredible when I first see them doing it, but also realise alot of kids out there too have the same interest.
Another very popular things for them is TV! Yes! TV programs! That's where alot of kids got to learn alot from it. It's really amazing when I was sharing this with my friends and collegues, their kids too like the same thing. In Singapore, when they're younger, their favourite character is "BARNEY", the purple dinosaur, follow by "HI-5", a group of 5 from Australia. The similarity between these programs are they're not cartoons anymore, the way the shows express their stories and learning topics are mostly by singing, dancing..etc. There's so many VCD/DVDs out there where you can get them so easily. There's more to be discussed on this topic subsequently in the forum.
Think most of you already knows the website for these 2 popular celebraties among kids. Just for you in case you don't have it.
